Spirit Tastings

Nigel has spent over 30 years collecting, learning about and talking about spirits. Asked by two of his friends, Nigel jumped at the chance and was able to combine his love for teaching and the world of spirits into a series of interactive but very educational programs that he presents in bars, restaurants or in private settings. 

Nigel has and does present at  many venues including the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods NH, Rek Lis Brewery in Bethlehem NH, Polly’s Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill NH, Cigar Bar in Lancaster NH and other bar or restaurant settings. 

Nigel can bring a tasting to your home for an experiential addition to a party. Tastings can take the form of a slide presentation or pairing with food that Nigel cam advice you to cook and pair with the spirits in question.

Spirits for programs include Scotch, Irish Whiskey, Bourbon, Tequila, Gin and Rum. Formats for the tastings include how each spirit is made, the history of American whiskey, comparisons of different spirits.
